• Training and/or public speaking experience
• Ability/willingness to be a Volunteer Guardian, representing the needs of wards to the general public and to service providers
• Ability to cooperate and adhere to the policies and procedures governing the program and sponsoring agency

Description:

We are currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to lead, support and continue to develop our Volunteer Guardianship program as well as our overall volunteer program. Specific responsibilities include the following:           

• Serve as resource support and primary contact for volunteers
• Work closely and communicate with the Guardian team
• Communicate regularly with the Guardian Team Leader
• Determine assignments between clients and volunteers as well as volunteers and agency projects/departments
• Monitor client and volunteer satisfaction with assignments
• Notify Guardianship Team of problems arising from assignments and work with them to resolve these differences
• Follow up on initial inquiries from potential volunteers; makes mail and phone contact and explain program guidelines and objectives.
• Recruits, trains, and develops volunteers for our Volunteer Guardianship program as well as agency wide fundraising events

• At least 1 year post-masters experience
• LISW-S or LPCC licensure for the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 3 years of counseling and supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of SOQIC & Ohio Outcomes
• Experience in program evaluation and grant writing
• Strong leadership, communication and writing skills are a must

Description:

We are currently seeking a Clinical Director to lead, support and continue to develop our four clinical programs which include; Clinical Counseling, Functional Family Therapy (FFT), School Based Social Work, and In-Home Behavioral Health Therapy within our elderly services program.  Specific responsibilities include the following:           

• Provide supervision, lead case conferences and team meeting with clinicians
• Direct the assignment of cases and case transfers
• Maintain all mental health quality assurance for Clinical Counseling
• Provide individual, couple, family and/or group therapy as needed.
• Oversee production of needed departmental reports for all programs
• Attend necessary/mandatory meetings
• Promote a positive image in the community
• Oversee the PQI process as directed by the Director
• Other responsibilities as designated by the FLS Director or the CEO
